The Belts

THE KING
Reginald David Parko, better known as Reggie Parks, the “Quiet Superman”, or simply the “King of Belts,” was a legendary belt maker who crafted iconic championship belts used in Professional Wrestling, MMA, and boxing. A former professional wrestler himself, Parks was trained by legendary WWE Hall of Famer Stu Hart. Following his in-ring career, Parks turned his passion into art, creating championship belt designs that continue to symbolize greatness to this day. Sadly, Parks passed suddenly and unexpectedly during the 2021 COVID-19 pandemic, leaving an unfathomable void in the belt collecting hobby and in the hearts of those who knew him.

THE LAUNCH
Under the watchful eye of close friend and WWE Hall of Famer Bret ‘Hitman’ Hart, Starrcast Downunder was the setting for the official launch of the Reggie Parks Legacy Collection. Along with a display of ring-worn memorabilia, championship belts, plates, authentic original artwork, and photos, direct from Reggie Parks’ personal family archives, crowds also had a chance to glimpse the first real belt the RPLC has to offer.

THE LEGACY
The RPLC sees the partnership of two prominent Australian belt makers, leveraging their industry expertise and connections, to offer belt collectors worldwide authentic championship belts meticulously handmade in the exact same manner as the originals, featuring the real, authentic artwork of Reggie Parks. The RPLC is a project focused on restoring a legacy through righting past wrongs for loved ones and collectors. The RPLC continues to make dreams come true for collectors by providing them with the unimaginable....because some legacies deserve a genuine return!
